Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within twenty-one (21) days. Fourteen (14) days to request a return or exchange, and seven (7) days to return the item(s).
There will be a 15% restocking fee if the following conditions have not been met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Auctioned items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads or electronic products
- Memberships or subscriptions
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Contact the delivery carrier to investigate the incident.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
