Return Policy

We value your business and your satisfaction with our products.  The return policy may vary and will depend on the product or service sold directly by us.

Jewelry and Watch:  If BUYER for any reason is not satisfied with the product, the BUYER has fifteen (15) days to request for a return or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee if the following conditions have not applied:

(a) Product must be returned in its original package, unopened or seal broken off
(b) BUYER must include all materials that arrived with the product, excluding any marketing materials
(d) USER must fill a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form - click here to fill out RMA form.

Collectibles:  All collectible material product sales are final and have no return or refund policy due to market value changes. If the product is not what BUYER is looking for, BUYER will have three (3) days to request a return; however, BUYER must understand COMPANY policy on Collectibles return requests. Please read Terms (section 4.2).

Auction & Clearance: All auction and clearance product sales are final and have no return or refund policy unless stated in the product description.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable and BUYER is responsible for return shipping charges.
